Directed a team of 3 staff and 8 university students in a summer mission project in the city of Merida, Venezuela. As Director I worked closely with my staff team to plan the logistics of getting the students and staff in and out of country safely while creating an environment that would help the students grow in their spiritual lives and learn the Venezuelan culture. We partnered with a full time in country staff team in order to aid them in their mission of building their a ministry on the ULA campuses.

I worked as part of a team that was in charge of launching new campus ministries throughout the state of Montana. We focused specifically on smaller state universities, community colleges, technical colleges, and tribal colleges. Through the use of community contacts and spending time on individual campuses we identified, resourced, trained, and mentored student leaders in how to have a successful spiritual life while building a movement on their campus.

I worked as part of a team that was launching a campus ministry at the ULA (Universidad de los Andes) in the city of Merida, Venezuela. Our team identified potential leaders and trained the students how to have a successful spiritual life while building a movement of students on their campus. We held weekly meetings and planned student conferences. I was directly in charge of planning and developing a curriculum for our weekly english club and mentoring/training student leaders.

Movement Productions was a video production company that was created to produce and distribute a skiing/snowboarding DVD to the students at Montana State University and other various groups throughout the northwest region of the United States. As a co-founder I raised capital, acquired sponsors, recruited athletes, purchased equipment, scheduled film shoots, and planned the marketing and distribution of the product. I also participated as an athlete, camera operator, and video editor.

Splatzone Inc. is a seasonal business that sells a paintball action sport experience and paintball equipment to the tourist and local markets in Rapid City, SD. As Owner and operator I designed, built, and ran the business with my partner. We were in charge of all the functions of the business and sold the business for a profit in November 2002.
