This position oversees the Distribution Operations across the Pacific region including order fulfillment, transportation management, in-sourced warehouse operations and outsourced 3PL management / reverse logistics operations. This role as the Operations Lead provides leadership and guidance to develop and implement best practices to ensure a consistent, compliant, and a standardised approach.

The scope of the role covers responsibility for: Demand / Supply Planning and Inventory Management across Asia Pacific. This includes managing Replenishment teams in China, Singapore, Korea, Australia, New Zealand and India. Manage and lead the SI&OP process and meetings across the APAC region.

Overall accountability to plan and manage the Inventory purchasing and replenishment processes within the Logistics and Distribution network for Australia and New Zealand. The TFPP L&D Manager ANZ / Materials Manager ANZ is accountable for ensuring appropriate inventory levels are maintained both to underwrite customer expectations in DIFOT and to minimise excessive working capital tied up in stock.
