* Organize, schedule and supervise all subcontractors including Blocklayers, Plasterers, Carpenters, Joiners, Electricians & Plumbers. * Manage work of carpenters who construct house roofs, interior walls, interior fixtures & fittings to ensure quality of workmanship. * Liaise with Quantity Surveyors & Engineers on each project to ensure work schedules are created and timeframes are met. * Co-ordinate with joiners/cabinetmakers on all interior construction. * Ensure that Health & Safety regulations are met on each site. * Meet with prospective clients on each build. * Arrange quotes for prospective clients. * Supervise all site work. * Purchasing of all supplies & materials for each individual build. * Ensure quality of materials used throughout builds with suppliers. * Prepare financial breakdown for individual projects. * Arrange any training for staff that is required. * In charge of any hiring or promoting of staff, including the taking on of apprentices. * Complete running of the company and arranging all schedules & reports. * General Management Duties.
