Beginning in this position I was a Contract Tech, creating surface leases, working closely with Land Manager and Landmen. Communicating with Landowners periodically and processing contracts and checks. Filing, maintaining reports and communications with Contract Manager. I was moved to the title department where I ran title, made title reports and worked side by side w/Title Manager. I was promoted to Contract Manager and managed the contract division of 5 or more employees. Attended meetings, met deadlines, constant communication with Landmen and Land Manager. Maintained productivity reports and met deadlines. Assisted in remote projects and traveled to location for 3-6 months.

My duties include being support staff for the President of RK Petroleum Corp. as well as support for the VP of Land and Legal. I am responsible for completing the JOA's and COPAS, processing OGL's, maintaining the Land System AVATAR, running various land reports monthly, correspondence, filing, sending documents to recording sometimes driving them to be recorded; writing checks for bonus considerations, damage checks, etc. I have been a personal assistant to the President of RK Petroleum Corp. Special Projects, working closely with all personnel, and various other office duties. I also have research and title background and assist the VP of Legal and Land with title curative. Also create new well Division Order Information to send to Plains Marketing along with other purchasers of Oil and Gas.
