• Direct and Co-ordinate daily operations of the plant. • Before starting the production ensure all resources & Assets are used correctly. • Repair or Replace the plant equipment as needed. • Execute the operation and finish the products at perfect timing. • To Monitoring the Production for using raw materials as per the quantity in the Batch sheets. • Inspect FG products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labeling and Record Keeping. • Develop the process to increase the productivity and enhance the Quality performance.

• Prepare a Blend sheet as per planning schedule & Quantity. • To maintain the log books for every batches production and quality records.Adjust and rearrange the formulation in blending for Viscosity and other performances. • To check the Parameters for every manufacturing Lubricating products. • To follow the SOP for all Lab instrument's and Equipment's. • If not reach the Specification send back to the production and gives Rectification & correction. • After QC the product through the filtration process and filling the Packing material and labeling. • To prepare and Maintain the QC related Records for ISO documentations. • Taking the Trial of New product Development as per the customer Requirements.

• Responsible for check the all Parameters inward Raw materials (Base Oils & Additives) & All Production Lubricating products (Including all Greases) as per the ISO requirement standards. • To Operating the all production and Quality process via Company official using software ERP Application Software. If any correction of the process, regenerate the process via ERP. • Taking the Trial of New product Development as per the customer Requirements. • In case of any emergency or customer complaint directly visit the customer to resolving the complaint. • To follow the procedures and knowledge for all Laboratory Instruments.

1. Having operating knowledge compressors, High pressure Pumps, Furnace, Exchangers, Filters, Tanks, Bullets, Reactor, Distillation Columns, and valve operations. 2. Knowledge about operating and troubleshooting. 3. Monitoring and controlling parameters in process to ensure safe operation. 4. Prepares equipment while handling over for any maintenance activities, keeping equipment as well as personal safety in mind. 5. Checks, operates, monitors and observes all activities / situations on plant equipment within the assigned area. 6. Maintain Logs and records all plant running parameters and reports back giving detailed information of any abnormalities and defect. 7. Monitoring equipment’s for any abnormality and logging the readings according the timing. 8. Ability to communicate clearly by wireless radio and by other means. 9. Emergency Handling like Power Failure, Steam & Instrument Air Failure, and Process upsets. 10. Coordinate plant start-ups and shutdowns responsibility, Periodic equipment change overs.
