Work in a team-based office environment and meet date-driven customer-focused commitments. Review and comprehend customer generated specifications and requirements. Design and maintain documents with technical support from project engineering and project management. Create / maintain component Bill of Materials documentation.  Create / maintain piping arrangement drawings (Top assembly and Piping module) using P&ID and customer specifications consisting of but not limited to -3D models. -Detail drawings -Spool drawings -Bill of materials. Create / maintain agitation system designs.  Generate Engineering Change Notices (ECN’s) used to properly document and publish control changes made to Design documentation as specified in company procedures, work instructions and best practices. Create and maintain project files using departmental resources and best practices. Conduct model design reviews with both internal resources as well as externally with customers and project management. Record needed changes during design review processes and ensure they are communicated to the project team using departmental resources / best practices. Provide manufacturing support related to published designs and released design documentation as required. Generate “as-built” design documentation and provided them to the Quality department as needed. Execute other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities: Being in charge of Paper Bag Manufacturing Machine, specifically: • Set up machine (calibration, cleaning, material preparation, etc.) to start a production cycle • Change over process to adjust the machine for 3 different size bags according to the job, setting position and pressure of over 40 parts such as plate, rollers, fingers, grippers, vacuums, glue, knife speed, position and width to ensure the quality of the final product. • Performing Documentation Review • Generating Risk Assessment • Make always use of manual mechanical tools for all settings to the machine. • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools • Supervise and Test operation of machine periodically • Fix issues that might occur during the shift • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws. • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products. • Maintain activity logs. • Familiarity with applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Guidelines.

Responsible of teaching to university students about the basics of Mechanical Vibrations making use of practical exercises checking the theory with real life situation problems. the responsabilities I covered were: -Mechanical maintenance in laboratory. -Verify to students the fundamentals of mechanical vibrations with practical tasks to strengthen their capability of mechanical vibrations problems solution. -Check student’s weekly reports. -Overseeing health and safety matters on the laboratory. -Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
