Responsibilities and duties as a Quantity Surveyor are as follows, 1. Evaluation of Sub-contract IPA and variations including measurement verification as per the contract. 2. Preparation of Variations and liaise with consultant to obtain approval on time. 3. Preparation of Change Notices in line with contract requirements and maintaining RFI/ letters changes log to support the notices. 4. Taking off quantities using Bluebeam and AutoCAD. 5. Maintain an updated variation log to track status, approvals and potential variation values to ensure accurate and timely cost recovery.
