Consulted on Business Process Mapping and Business Verification Requirements Benchmarking Study projects Conducted interviews with four department directors and mapped the relevant activities for the following organization strategies in order to identify inefficiencies: Vendor Research & Match-Making to the Acquisition Community, Produce actionable packages within timeframes required by Contracting, Enhance internal processes to consider complexity of Freedom of Information Act requests, Actively monitor timeliness of Congressional Responses, Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis of Veterans Affairs Internet Quorum processes Researched and reviewed a number of federal and state organizations and benchmarked their specific formal application process requirements in order to qualify for preferred contracting programs; compared those requirements with those of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE).

Project Consultant – Regional Power Rehabilitation Project (ADB, $122M) Supported the preparation of an investment project under the Central Asia-South Asia Regional Electricity Market (CASAREM) aimed at enhancing the reliability of Tajikistan’s power transmission system and improving regional power trading. Key responsibilities included: • Conducted financial and economic analyses, including cost estimation, FIRR & WACC computations, risk assessment, and financial forecasting; • Analyzed financial statements and assisted in financial management assessment of the state utility, Barqi Tojik (BT), producing recommendations for capacity building and improved performance management; • Participated in high-level consultations with government officials and state utility representatives; • Contributed to the design of projects including two new 220 kV transmission lines, rehabilitation of Regar & Baipazan substations, implementation of SCADA systems, a new National Dispatch Center, and institutional strengthening of BT.

Legislative & Policy Assistant/intern – Office of Lieutenant Governor, Missouri State Government Supported legislative and constituent services through research, analysis, and communications. Key responsibilities included: • Drafted briefs, reports, and summaries for public hearings and policy initiatives; • Responded to constituent inquiries and correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely communication; • Conducted research and designed a comprehensive database to manage and track constituent contact information, improving outreach and engagement efficiency.
