Parul Sinha

I am an aspiring Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Cyber Security professional with a strong foundation in cloud security, risk assessment, and security controls. Currently pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (Cyber Security & Forensics), I have hands-on experience working on real-world cloud and network security challenges through internships and projects. During my internship at IBM, I analyzed network bottlenecks in virtualized cloud environments, identified performance and infrastructure risks, and contributed to risk-aware documentation and optimization recommendations. I have practical exposure to AWS cloud services (IAM, S3, CloudTrail, Lambda), and tools including Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, and Metasploit. I am particularly interested in understanding how security controls, governance practices, and risk-based decision-making strengthen enterprise security posture. I enjoy working at the intersection of technology, risk, and compliance, and I am actively seeking opportunities in GRC, cyber security, cloud security, or risk advisory roles where I can learn, contribute, and grow.
