 Technical In charge all types of repair and maintenance for the marine vessels on dry-dock or afloat.  Managing section (Steel Fabrication, Mechanical, Electrical, Hull treatment, vessel docking & Undocking) supervisors and ensure them for safety procedure during work.  Controls documents, drawings, reports and ensure about paper works in an order.  Record and update the progress and productivity of the maintenance work to concerned departments and clients.  Provided technical support to the maintenance of all the important systems in the vessel like Cooling, lubrication, mechanical and electrical rotatory machinery.  Attending vessel for any kind of survey, i.e. Pre-dock survey with clients and class, on dock survey with clients during ongoing repairs; after repair final survey with clients and class.  Monitoring adherence to safety regulations systems and maintaining the same throughout the project.  Managing a team of professionals, skilled technicians and executives to deliver a quality job.  Coordinate with other departments within the company for issues relating to procurement, accounts, marketing and production.  Final inspection of the work ensuring that it is carried out in accordance with the requirements of classification societies.  Preparation of Final repair reports with drawings, relevant certificates submission to clients and concerned classification society.  Managing and maintaining all port equipment and machineries (Air compressors, Diesel Generator, Diesel & Electrical welding machines, Forklifts, cranes, Telehandlers, painting machines, strictly adhered to a preventive planned maintenance.  Responsible for Quality management system of technical department followed by ISO (LRQA).  Dealing with LRQA ISO auditor for internal and external audits and compliance with major and minor corrective actions.

 Providing on-site management of marine operations.  Record and update the progress and productivity of the maintenance work.  Record and control the fuel, spares, lubrication consumption and equipment utilization of Supply Boats, Other floating equipment’s and Land equipment’s.  Interacting with client during the On-hire and Off-re of vessels.  Undertaking decisions with regard to purchase from local and international suppliers.  Ensuring monitoring and recording of maintenance and servicing works is on schedule.  Maintaining vessels and charting-out all dry dock plans for management approval.  Providing solutions to problems in a time efficient manner & ensuring the vessels are maintained. Managing repair works including dismantling and overhauling of all the machineries  Handling design, erection, testing & commissioning of equipment’s, providing utility services to the same.  Troubleshooting problems arising in the total execution of job with minimum time lag.  Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintaining necessary documents and to ensure compliance with standards

 In Charge of Maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and service of large marine diesel Engines both two and four stroke diesel engines and related systems and equipment.  Inspection of drawings and prepare scope of work.  Inspection of vessel (for repair) and prepare scope of work.  Preparation of all kind of reports includes inspection, deficiency, Estimation, rectifications and completion.  In charge of various jobs maintenance jobs include, Steel fabrications, Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditions, Underwater jobs (Propeller & Radar, Blue test).  Assist Superintendent for vessels certifications, preparation of documents for survey (Class, Annual, on hire & off hire)  For international vessels assist Superintendent to arrange dry-docking plan, maintenance in different ports, supply of spares, w/s technicians, surveyors, and other necessities.  Handling design, erection, testing & commissioning of equipments, providing utility services to the same.  Troubleshooting problems arising in the total execution of job with minimum time lag.  Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintaining necessary documents and to ensure compliance with standards.  Monitoring adherence to safety regulations systems and maintaining the same throughout the project.  Managing a team of executives & guiding staff to address and resolve performance bottlenecks.  Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various marine equipment.  Preparation of Project plan as per scope of work.  Man power/Material/Sub Con planning.  Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills.  Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Expenditures and work within the budget.
