With a strong academic background and practical experience, I excel in execution of work plans and schedules, managing change orders, preparing RFPs, dealing with multiple stakeholders, procurement, and optimizing resources. My skills encompass the use of AutoCAD and Primavera P6 as well as QGIS and MS Excel which enables me to enhance project planning and scheduling and cost estimation processes. Through my academic research I studied lean construction principles and waste reduction strategies and agile project management while conducting projects on sustainability-driven supplier selection and waste evaluation models for construction projects. My dedication to teamwork and volunteer work extends through my experience working in diverse teams across academic projects and professional assignments and community initiatives. Through my role as Technical Project Coordinator for the Civil & Environmental Engineering Students’ Society I organized technical workshops while connecting with industry professionals and supported knowledge-sharing programs. Through these experiences, I have enhanced my interpersonal skills, adaptability, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
