As Co-Founder and CTO of Zortout, I’ve guided our tech vision to achieve substantial growth, increasing our monthly revenue from nearly 0 to 7M THB. I manage operations, shape our HR strategies, and address legal needs, all while expanding our dedicated team from 3 to 70. I'm deeply committed to creating intuitive, business-friendly tech solutions that equip SMEs for success.

As COO, I began shaping the company’s structure, bringing more organization to our growing team. I maintained my previous roles and took on additional responsibilities in legal and HR to ensure our operations ran smoothly and complied with regulations as we scaled up.

In the early days of ZORTOUT, I wore many hats. I handled our technical infrastructure and oversaw many IT-related tasks, except for coding. On the business side, I was deeply involved in marketing, forming partnerships, and guiding business strategies, though I steered clear of finance and HR duties during this period.

In my role as a Software Support Engineer at Huawei, I took charge of improving DTAC systems, from planning to testing and final design. I provided input for new features, ensuring our system was up to date and more powerful. My work involved digging into logs to find and sort out problems across network, security, and various software applications. I fine-tuned our databases for better data handling and speed up SQL operations with targeted tweaks. I also made sure MMS, USSD, and travel SIM services were running without any hitches for our customers.
