Played a key role in driving new revenue by developing and launching pioneering services across high-growth verticals for both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) segments including commerce, communication, entertainment & lifestyle. My responsibilities spanned the full product lifecycle—from market analysis and idea generation through business case development, technology sourcing and architectural design. I focused on fostering service adoption and leading iterative, data-driven enhancements post-launch to ensure product-market fit and long-term viability. I facilitated strategic decision-making with senior management and served as a bridge between technical teams and business functions to align product development with core business objectives and ensure successful market entry.

At ASTRI, I had the unique opportunity to be part of an R&D journey that started in the lab and ended as a global commercial success. As a Software Engineer on the Super WiFi (10X area coverage) project, I worked alongside with leading academic researchers and principal engineers to develop a cloud-based access point management platform that made large-scale WiFi network deployment simple and secure. This solution's success led to a spin-off as Altai Technologies (https://www.altaitechnologies.com/), now a global leader providing industrial-grade Wi-Fi solutions in over 100 countries.

As an early employee at m-FINANCE (Nasdaq: MFI), I worked directly with the founders to build Hong Kong's 1st Forex trading information mobile app, while also leading the engineering team to architect and scale the high-performance data platform that served as the core engine for suite of financial applications.

Led the end-to-end R&D for the e-Eye Personal & Enterprise Edition, a pioneering mobile (Java/J2ME-based) surveillance solution via 2.5/3G. The project's success led to a global launch partnership with Motorola (NYSE: MSI) for their PDA phones and an invitation to showcase the technology at CeBIT, Germany, one of the world's premier tech expos.
