Sponsored by Carlos Cymerman, Founder of Recruiting for Good, 'Girls Design Tomorrow' is a collaborative and personal mentoring work experience for Middle School Girls who love to design products that make a positive impact. Girls chosen for our meaningful venture are personally mentored by Carlos Cymerman to develop leadership, passion, and purpose. Girls collaborate with jewelry entrepreneur, Parrish Walsh, to gain real world work experience and co-create designs. Girls choose a charity to partner with to donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the jewelry. Launching on Women's Day 2021, Serving Middle School Girls in LA with winners awarded on Mother's Day 2021, Independence Day 2021, Thanksgiving 2021, New Year's Day 2022, and Women's Day 2022.
