As the Asset Protection Assistant Director at Festival Foods, I bring over 10 years of dedicated experience in grocery/retail operations, guest service, asset protection, and security management, across more than 40 stores in Wisconsin. My role encompasses supporting comprehensive in-store asset protection operations, supervising large-scale organized retail crime (ORC) investigations, and implementing cutting-edge asset protection solutions and technologies. My expertise is supported by a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, alongside numerous professional certifications including Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), Loss Prevention Certified (LPC), and OSHA 30-Hour Safety Training. These credentials underpin my commitment to maintaining safe and secure environments while minimizing loss and enhancing operational efficiencies. In addition to my role at Festival Foods, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Organized Retail Crime Association (WIORCA) as the organization's Secretary. I am driven by a passion for safeguarding assets, mitigating shrinkage, and leading teams towards achieving exemplary safety and security standards in high-stakes environments.
