Parker Kirklewski

Emerging leader with a strong background in fraternity leadership, organizational development, and student engagement. I currently serve as a Recruitment Manager for Sigma Phi Epsilon, working with chapters that have high growth potential across the country. In this role, I create and execute strategic growth plans, teach fundamental sales and recruitment skills, and partner closely with chapter executive boards to help them set and achieve their goals. I also collaborate with local volunteers to ensure undergraduate leaders are fully supported in building sustainable and values-based chapter cultures. My undergraduate leadership experience includes serving in a variety of Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter and campus roles—including Sigma Phi Epsilon Chapter President, Sigma Phi Epsilon Balanced Man Scholarship Chairman, and United Greek Council President—while earning a degree in history with a comprehensive social sciences minor from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville.
