Audit Partner

• Engaged in Internal Audit service as a Team In-charge (Manufacturing Pharmaceuticals, Steels and Hotel Business). Working all through processes since propose work scope to finalize the report. • Engaged in Forensic Examination work . • Engaged in Internal Audit service for IPOs purpose. • Engaged in Business Process Gap Analysis to identify risk and control over existing process, and then re-design business process to remediate and close existing and potential risks. Drawing Business Process Flowchart & Risk Control Matrix to identify risk and control over business process, suggest potential risks and give recommendation to minimize risks. • Engaged in SOX-404 and J-SOX both in Management and Auditor roles. • Variance Analysis on Operation results and Finance Reporting for NGOs engagements. • Engaged in Agreed Upon Procedure project both for Local and Overseas locations (New York, USA and Singapore).

• Complete monthly consolidate package report to Tesco (UK) comprised with FS and analysis pack. • Responsible for analysis and submit weekly sales report and other KPI report to UK and BOD. • Responsible for complete monthly KPI and analysis on monthly KPI management report. • Prepare and review annual and quarterly budget package. • Engage in Head Office budgeting and analysis variance. • Engage in Top-down budgeting allocation.

• Responsible for 10-13 engagements in In-charge position since Semi –Senior I until now. • Analysis Financial statement. • Perform client’s evaluation to decide if we continue to accept this client. • Prepare draft for financial statement and management recommendation letter. • In-charge of audit team for agreed – upon procedure contract.
