Managing site operations, refractory performance, customer coordination, shutdown activities, and technical support for steel plant operations while ensuring safety, operational efficiency and strong client relationship management.

Responsible for sales and marketing of Champion Ceramics products and services across the East Zone. Key responsibilities include vendor registration, inquiry generation, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the design team for drawing development, preparing techno-commercial offers in collaboration with the technical team, conducting negotiations to secure orders, coordinating with the manufacturing unit for order execution, sales closure, and providing after-sales support and services.

Managed blast furnace trough and runner refractory operations, including tap hole clay application and performance evaluation. Played a key role in trough and runner revamping projects for major blast furnaces at SAIL Bhilai, Tata Steel Meramandali and Tata Steel Kalinganagar. Also responsible for technical support, application supervision, and performance monitoring of refractories across iron making zone.

Vesuvius India Ltd (Site Execution – Sunita Engineering Pvt. Ltd.) Worked on trough and runner refractory management for Blast Furnace-1 & 2 at JSW BPSL. Supported installation, repair and performance optimization activities and contributed to Blast Furnace-2 (2015 M3) refractory project execution.
