Paride Bottin

I'm Paride Bottin, born in 1998 in the beautiful city of Padova. I obtained both my bachelor's and my master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Padua, with a focus on turbomachinery and fluid dynamics. These studies have been concluded in April 2023 with my graduation project, developed at De Pretto Industries, entitled "Study and implementation of a procedure for the aerodynamic characterization of a steam turbine blade cascade by means computational fluidodynamic analisys". In this experience, I learnt to apply my knowledge to different subjects and various demands of industry, including mainly programming, software development, theorical studies, goal planning and pratical applications of the studies. In my professional career, I would like to start from the development of a single component, and then move on to dealing with complex systems and industrial plants thanks to the experience and skills acquired and the desire to continuously improve. In the future, then, I would like to take on managerial and decision-making roles and become both a technical and personal reference figure inside and outside the company. I have always been interested in obtaining an higher proficiency level for different languages to be more competitive in the job market, to be able to collaborate in an international company and to improve my cultural background. Fundamental to my growth is also learning to share and solve problems with colleagues, co-workers and also competitors to broaden the range of skills and knowledge possessed. I love working both alone and in a group: in every situation you can improve yourself.
