Sept’08 – Apr’09: VISA Group, Kolkata and Jajpur (Odisha) as VP - Power Project I was instrumentally involved in preparation of bid doc for 2X600MW Thermal Power Project along with consultant and involved in selection of equipment supplier (major). I successfully mapped the project cost and cash flow for ROI as well as the internal project schedule. I was involved in conducting negotiations with the vendors. expectation of outside customer of the product. I ensured zero accidents in three years consecutively.

May’07 - Aug’08: Reliance Infrastructure Limited, NOIDA, Delhi, China as AVP I have successfully handled projects worth 2400 Crores INR. I was instrumentally involved in administering the project management of Boiler Turbine and Generator Package (2X600MW), entailing coordination with Shanghai Electric Company, Reliance Engineering, Procurement, Consultant and Customer. I also ensured completion of the job within time & cost, thereby adhering to project quality and safety at site. I have successfully organised the design, engineering and supply within time.

Feb’05 – Apr’07: Alstom Projects India Ltd., Delhi as Head of Field Operation (GM) I administered the pricing, contract negotiation, strategic planning as well as monitored on time performance with quality & safety. I hold the merit of executing the project with performance oriented approach related to boiler erection and commissioning. I ensured effective risk management and its mitigation as a very essential part of the job. I was pivotal in working on the margin improvements in two critical projects. Apr’04 – Jan’05: Alstom Projects India Ltd., Delhi as Construction Manager I was stellar in streamlining the activities at sites and also in head office regarding construction of projects. I handled the erection and commissioning activities across different sites in India. I effectively monitored on time performance, safety, quality and cost.

Mar’99 – Apr’04: Alstom Power Italy, Morocco, Dominique Republic, Qatar, Neyvely as Commissioning Manager I have successfully commissioned all projects within time frame of the contract at Neyveli. I hold the merit of receiving the bonus from customer for early completion. I played a vital role in commissioning of CCPP at Qatar with ENEL Power, HRSG, Gas System, Auxiliaries for Steam and Gas Turbine. I was involved in commissioning of:  BOP at Neyveli, Tamil Nadu (Aux. Boiler, Feed, DM, Cooling and Condensate Water systems, Fire fighting system, HVAC system, Coal and Ash Handling System).  BOP Systems (Feed, DM, Cooling and Condensate Water systems, Fire fighting system, HVAC system, Coal and Ash handling system) with process equipments of 330mw power plant in Morocco, handing over to client.  45 mw Coal & Ash Handling & Boiler Feed & Condensate Systems in Dominique Republic.

Sept’87 – Apr’99: NTPC, Vindhyanagar, Korba as Engrineer - Manager – O&M, Commissioning Aug 86 – Sept’87: NPTI ( Then PETS) Nagpur,NTPC, Vindhyanagar, as Graduate Engineer Trainee I successfully carried out commissioning of Korba Super Thermal Power Station before schedule. I hold the distinction of being credited as Best Executive in NTPC in 1991. I have imparted training regarding erection, commissioning of boiler systems and operation & maintenance of 6 210 MW station & 3 500 MW station. I was instrumentally involved in steering the operations of Coal Handling Plant.
