Quality: -Ensure copacker and raw milk collection center performance -Conduct supplier quality performance and regularly update supplier and 3rd party status -Ensure specification sign off -Develop continuous improvement plan for supplier and 3rd party -Ensure the availability of material specification and technical manual to the copacker -Be the backup for crisis manager in food safety issue of UHT product, raw material and packaging material. -Perform Risk assessments for new raw materials and packaging materials supply to UHT (Co-manufacturing) -Lead change control system for the process capability and food safety risk assessment to any new product, new ingredient, new/changed production process/equipment in UHT (Co-manufacturing) -Support annual test report of material and finished product to copacker -Audit report, audit finding and follow up non-conforming product -Validation: Shelf life validation, CCP validation, CIP validation -Support and solve the problem in UHT-Co manufacture production plan -Plan and implement the monitoring and verifying program to ensure the quality of process and UHT. -Summary quality performance and consumer complaint trend analysis in UHT products. -Ensure NPD projects related with UHT products to follow the gate changes in “Openway” and have all risks mitigated to launch with success. -Observe and support for new project -Deploy the mandatory quality standard of DANONE to Co-manufacturing Planning: -Monitor and follow up production planning to ensure that finished products available -Forecast and check all materials availability for production weekly plan by cooperate with other functions. -Follow up and monitor Master planning together with scheduling plan in order to ensure finished products available -Inventory control Achievement project • Complaint reduction [UHT] • Support co packer to certified Food safety system: ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 • Support co packer to certified Halal system [MUI]
