Dr. Parag Bhatt

Parag is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience, having led HR, Organisation Development, and Learning & Development functions across diverse industries.Academically, he holds a PhD, a Master’s in Human Resource Development, a Diploma in Labour Laws, and a Commerce degree. He is also an NCC “C” certificate holder. Demonstrating strong learning agility, Parag has further earned credentials as an ICF-certified Coach, Psychometric Tester, NLP Practitioner, Instructional Designer, HR Analyst, and Train-the-Trainer professional.He has held leadership roles at USV, Aditya Birla Retail, Zydus Lifesciences, Tatvic Analytics, Foodland and Zydus Hospitals & Research. In parallel, he has supported organisations such as GHCL, Sintex, Solvay Chemicals, Accor, Sun Builders, and e-Infochips as a trainer and coach.Parag is also actively engaged in academia, having served as a visiting faculty, IQAC member and guest lecturer at Ahmedabad University, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, IIM Ahmedabad (MentorEdge program), IIT Mumbai (E-Cell), Mumbai Educational Trust (MET), SKPIS university, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Sikkim Manipal University, B.K. School of Management, Indrashil University, and Gujarat Law Society.To date, he has coached more than 500 individuals, trained over 2,000 professionals, facilitated 25+ assessment centres, taught upwards of 3,000 students, and administered psychometric assessments for more than 750 professionals—helping them gain valuable insights and chart meaningful career paths.His contributions to thought leadership include co-authoring the book Change Sustained, publishing two internationally recognised academic papers with Emerald (UK), and writing several articles and blogs.Outside of work, Parag is a passionate Tabla player and holds both a Guinness World Record and a World Record of India for participating in group performance challenges.
