Sourcing, select and negotiate for the best purchase in term of quality, price , terms, deliveries , services and supplier. Manage the team to develop new packaging materials including packaging design to meet with customer requirement and standards. Applies technical packaging knowledge and information from a wide variety of sources to solve difficult problems and provide solutions based on risk and benefit assessments. Proactively identifies and assigns appropriate resources to address potential issues.

Work on a new product with the product development team, design a new packaging concept that performs well through the whole supply chain, determine a suitable packaging testing method and specification. Conduct the trial for the production line and stacking pattern for storage and design transportation tests. You will also work to improve the current packaging-collaborating with the marketing team on artwork development, materials, and printing techniques.

-Develop and Improve packaging, process and testing for new material and new supplier for saving cost. -Creating the Protocol and meetings with relevant department to test. -Creating packaging item code, semi code and BOM to Planing for puchasing order to Suppliers. -Summarize and evaluate test result. -Coordinate with other departments for trial packaging tests, packaging intergrity, leak best, conductivity test, fitting test, stacking test, Palletizing, transportation test, etc. - Responsible for new product launch base on timeline

- Coordinate with the R&D, marketing, sale, QA, Production and Engineering and Purchasing to initiate and develop a new packaging for the new product launch, that includes material, dimension and structure. - Coordinate with suppliers to provide material's sample for testing. - Responsible for optimizing the material and packing size of packaging to improve a cost saving of the projects. -Creating the trial plan and meetings with relevant department to assess the trial plan. -Testing new packaging format and new product with other departments such as microwave test, drop test, stacking test, transportation test color proof, Printing process etc. -Creating packaging item code for Purchasing to order to Suppliers. - Summarize and evaluate test result. -Timeline management for Testing and product launch.

-Coordinate with the marketing team, NPD team, and engineering to initiate and develop a new packaging for the new product launch, that Includes material, dimension and structure. -Creating packaging item code, semi code and BOM to Planing for puchasing order to Suppliers. -Coordinate with elevant department for trial packaging tests, such as drop test, fitting test, Palltizing, transport test, and etc

- Coordinate with the R&D, marketing, sale, QA, Production and Engineering and Purchasing to initiate and develop a new packaging for the new product launch, that includes material, dimension and structure. - Coordinate with suppliers to provide packaging material's sample and specification of packaging for testing. -Optimizing and improve the packing size and packaging material to a cost saving of the projects. -Testing new packaging format and new product with other departments such as microwave test, drop test, stacking best, transportation test color proof, Printing process etc.
