* Paolo Rossi is assistant professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the University of Milano Bicocca. * His main research interests include: * Organizational and institutional configuration of care services * Institutional regulation of the access to social services * Corporate social responsibility and social reporting * Occupational welfare * He is a member of the local research unit of the project "The construction of the citizenship of migrant Women, among expectations, behaviours and organizational cultures of social and sanitary services", funded by the Ministry for Education and University (MIUR), whose local coordinator is prof. Mara Tognetti Bordogna. * He is currently teaching these classes: * Organization of social services (Bachelor Program in Social Work) * Organizational innovation (Bachelor Program in Organizational Science)
