Compare quotations from suppliers and negotiate to get the best prices, discount levels, payment terms, carriage/shipping costs and lead times. Issue purchase orders to suppliers and follow up the progress. Prepare custom invoices, delivery notes, custom declarations, etc. Entering cost information onto supply schedule for budgetary purposes and raise quotations to clients. Work with design team and co-ordinate with manufacturers for custom made lighting products. Visit international partners and suppliers to evaluate new products and the progress of work.

Solely responsible for the management and organisation for the start up of a new branch. Responsible for office tasks, negotiating with the customers, processing customer orders and delivery notes, invoicing, contacting the suppliers, organizing the stock and arrange shipments.

Responsible for updating and monitoring all social media including Facebook and Twitter, conducting market research, content marketing and database management.
