I am responsible for guiding the organization in the search for new products, product improvements and product redesign, with possible product expansions that follow market trends. I evaluate the potential and practicality of products in format I develop and rely on my experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals. Responsibility: • Create new products in tune with customer needs and business model • Design the correct growth strategy for the business model • Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis • Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring distribution and forecasting activities • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and consulting firms • Plan and finalize all the commercial kpi: turnover, margins, forecasts

Programming with commercial planning and control of revenues, costs, trade margins, Final and periodic monitoring of business results. Planning sales campaigns and media planning. Business strategy planning of assortment with customer orientation, and competitive advantage. Internal consistency of the set and with the business strategy Supervision and control of the activities of buyers (4 people in staff) Press office and media relations.
