I am an associate in Robertsons' corporate finance and commercial team. My work revolves around advising clients on a range of corproate and commercial matters, including IPOs, joint ventures, acquisitions, equity and debt issues involving both private and public listed companies. I also assist in advising start-ups, SMEs and overseas companies in setting up business in Hong Kong and preparing and advising on various commercial contracts. More recently, I have been involved in the following transactions: - advising a Malaysia company on its proposed listing in Hong Kong - advising the sponsor on the dual listing of a Singapore company in Hong Kong raising HK$80m - advising a Hong Kong listed company on a proposed very substantial acquisition of interest from joint venture partner - advising a Hong Kong listed company on a proposed joint venture with two major industry players - issuing Hong Kong opinons on multiple US and PRC IPOs and headline transactions
