Worked extensively on change requests, including requirement clarification, functional testing and user acceptance support. Performed bug fixes with IT’s support. Focused on enhancement testing, validating system behavior against business requirements and ensuring smooth deployment into production. Prepared documentation, test cases, and post-release support materials to ensure stability after changes. Handled WebICE integration support, ensuring ICE trades flowed smoothly into Endur and resolving trade capture or connectivity issues. Supported Connex deal capture workflows, troubleshooting interface issues and validating correct mapping between external systems and Endur.
