I am Pankhuri Narula, an Intellectual Property (IP) professional with four years of progressive experience in trademark prosecution, oppositions, and portfolio management, as well as design and copyright matters. Having grown from Legal Trainee to Senior Associate at Ediplis Counsels, New Delhi, I have developed a strong understanding of IP strategy, enforcement, and client advisory across diverse industries. My career has been built on handling end-to-end trademark processes from filing and examination to oppositions and hearings while ensuring meticulous compliance and client satisfaction. Alongside, I have also contributed to academic research in IP law and gained exposure through internships with Singh & Associates, Trademark Registry (Delhi), MNSA Legal, Ranchi High Court, and Dhanbad District Court. Passionate about IP, I bring a detail-oriented and solution-driven approach to my work. I am currently seeking new opportunities to apply my expertise in Intellectual Property law, and to collaborate with forward-looking teams where I can contribute to both strategic and operational aspects of IP practice. Beyond law, I pursue creative outlets like painting, writing, and reading, which enrich my perspective and keep me inspired.
