Dell, Bangalore - Strategy Director for the offshore business (2.5 years) and building out the internal Analytics team (8.5 years). Wells Fargo - Global delivery strategy to drive the 3Es ie effectiveness, efficiency and experiences. Key initiatives included establishing the digital capabilities to enable the Bank’s digital channels and an internal consulting team to drive global programs (5.5 years). Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Aditya Birla Group enabling the analytics maturity journey across group companies by solving problems leveraging data science, creating horizontal data platforms as also developing people capabilities.
