• Part of Senior Leadership team, manage PAN India portfolio, R&D centre-SEZ and Factory in STPI • Accountable for the overall finance, controlling and accounting function (ERP- SAP) • Ensure financial planning and reporting process integrity and adherence to SOX compliance • Accountable for end-to-end financial reporting quality, including both management reporting and compliance with all appropriate standards (IGAAP & IFRS) • Drives yearly planning, budgeting and financial target setting processes in the unit • Drives business performance towards the KPIs, steers and drives financial performance management processes, insures all controlling activity of department under the related scope • Responsible for business controlling to drive business performance for Workplace Resources • Provides periodic management summaries and analysis about business performance and initiates relevant measures plus implementation of integrated performance management systems • Manages, controls and continuously improves financial performance of the Workplace Resources • Responsible for the financial steering of the Integration and Transformation activities together with the other support functions • Supports and guides local compliance of tax • Develops and implements efficient and compliant tax strategy and model • Responsible for Internal Controls related to SOX. • Ensures the company follows and has no gaps against COSO framework • Project Management and Contract Management • Be a trusted advisor to the business – providing a balanced, objective and independent view • Accountable for ensuring that policies and procedures (internal controls) are in place to provide reasonable assurance that the company/firm assets are protected, coordinates and oversees internal controls.
