Mineral Processing Engineer with 8+ years of experience in mineral beneficiation and coal washery projects, holding a B.Tech in Mineral Processing Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad (2017). Currently working as Senior Manager – Design Engineering at Lloyds Consulting and Engineering, leading basic and detailed engineering for mineral beneficiation plants, including process design, equipment sizing, technical reviews, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams for greenfield and brownfield projects. Previously with Adani, I was involved in OPEX estimation for bid-stage projects, DPR preparation, and process engineering support, along with identifying performance improvement opportunities in operating coal washeries. At Nalco Water, I handled tailings pond management and fine circuit optimization in coal washeries through process enhancement using specialty chemicals for thickeners, flotation circuits, and associated systems. I began my career at HEC Limited, contributing to coal washery execution, installation, and commissioning of key process equipment such as screens, hydrocyclones, flotation cells, filter presses, and thickeners.
