Project Management: Responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Conduct techno-commercial evaluations prior to the procurement of any materials and facilitate the approval process with management. Vendor/Client Management: Enhance client trust by coordinating communication as needed, organizing client meetings, addressing design and drawing issues. Team Management: Successfully enhanced the productivity of staff and subcontractors by effectively identifying and isolating work systems, while consistently applying my construction expertise. Commercials & Tendering: Evaluation of tenders, preparation of cost estimates, submission of bids, and proposal development, along with support for the Central Purchase Cell in both civil and mechanical sectors.

Tender evaluation, Bid preparation, Bid submission, Assist in preparation of execution drawings, As built drawings, Preparation and implementation of BBS, Quantity of materials, Quantity of steel, R.C.C, Shuttering, Excavation, etc. Making measurement as per site or actual execution of the work for various civil and structural activities, maintain Quality of work for better supervision. Evaluate the cost of materials and work. Contractor's Billing and Client Billing. vendor selection, Procurement (Civil ), Assisting in Project co-ordination. Mainly concentrate over the safety and ensuring the quality of a project. Liaising with local authorities when and where required. Receiving the local construction materials like sand, bricks, gravels, iron, wood, water, wires nails etc with proper inspections, testing certifications if required for better quality work.

Execution of 5.00 km Approach Road ,Wooden & Concrete Buildings, Concrete Face Rock fill Dam. Preparation and implementation of BBS, Quantity of materials, Quantity of steel, RCC, Shuttering, Excavation, etc. Making measurement as per site or actual execution of the work for various civil and structural activities, maintain Quality of work for better supervision, responsible for blasting, Survey work. Utility diversion & maintenance of roads, Cofferdam, Diversion canal. Mainly concentrate over the safety and ensuring the quality of a project.

Primarily responsible for the casting of I-girders (including pre-stressing and grouting), portal beams, cross-girders, cast-in-situ piling, pile caps, piers/columns, pier caps, precast slab walls, mix design, and testing of aggregates and cement. Preparation and implementation of BBS, material quantities, steel quantities, RCC, shuttering, excavation, finishing, etc. Taking measurements based on site conditions or the actual execution of various civil and structural activities. Utility diversion and road maintenance. Focus primarily on safety and ensuring the quality of the project.
