JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Take Care of material handling system, Manpower, Downtime, Quality of Product, Production Efficiency, Raw Material. Ensuring Calibration of all Process Equipment's is Carried out as per SOP. Responsible for the achieve the targat Ensuring Attainment of Benchmark quality of Coal and Coke (VM, Ash, Moisture, CSN, Crushing Index, P, S, MMR, Fluidity, and CSR, CRI, MPS, M40, M10 etc.) Handling of Operation Control Staff & Workmen. Major work produces Coke from Coal & Handling Manpower in shift wise. Handling Shutdown & Breakdown maintenance Plan the Blending of coal and send to laboratory for analysis for using the materials in the Production. Managing and Keeping data Records and files Daily, Monthly, & Yearly Basis. ➤ Monitoring progress of work & reporting to shift Manager. Maintaining pushing charging report shift wise & daily basis Regularly Taking feedback On Coal and Coke Properties based on observation. Ensuring health & safety standards are followed as per the company guideline Permit to Work, Confines Space Entry Road Safety, Electrical safety, LOTO, Work at height, Conveyor Safety, Hot Job 5'S Methodology Quality Control Tools
