Fimilar with the operation of various equipment like wet screen, Ball mill, crusher, hydrocyclone, Magnetic separator, Thickeners, Filter press. Stabilized with plant operations, maintenance and project development and provided process related inputs. Optimizing of process circuit based on raw material to achieve the desired quality. Troubleshooting of various operation equipment. Assisted in developing training programs for new staff members. Implemented process improvements to enhance daily operational efficiency. Facilitated communication between other departments to streamline operation flow. Organized team meetings to address concerns and share updates effectively. Worked as a shift incharge for benefication plant of 6.8 MTPA. Looking for overall operations of various equipment like scrubber,ball mill, hydrocyclone, Sprials, WHIMS, Thickeners. Preparation of daily and monthly reports, shift reports, MIS reports, quality reports etc. Collaborate with other department such as quality control and product planning to ensure a cohesive approach to plant operations.

Erection and commissioning of iron ore beneficiation plant, control room & shift incharge also handling iron ore washery process. Maintaining the plant operations parameters using the DCS System. Coordinating with the shift incharge to achieve the desired quality by adjusting the various operational parameters of equipments.
