I began my professional journey as a guitarist, where my passion for sound, performance, and artistic expression laid the foundation for my deep understanding of the music industry. Over time, I transitioned into music arranger, where I used technology to bring music to life. Driven by a desire to combine my creative background with business acumen, I moved into sales management. Here, I developed a keen understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and product positioning. As I continued to evolve, I assumed the role of Country Head, overseeing all aspects of business strategy, operations, and team leadership being responsible for expanding market presence, driving sales, and ensuring operational efficiency across the region. This experience sharpened my ability to navigate complex business landscapes, manage large teams, and execute at scale. In my current role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), I lead the overall operations of the organisation with focus on aligning business goals, optimising processes, and ensuring seamless execution. My responsibilities span across strategic planning, day-to-day Sales operations, procurement, and delivering measurable results that drive the company’s success. With unique blend of musical creativity, technical expertise, and leadership experience allows me to bring a fresh perspective to every challenge I face.
