Study of drawing and Close coordination with design and built team to ensure detailed drawing available for execution without any discrepancy 3. Estimation of quantity , Material Procurement Planning to ensure material ordered and delivered on time to support unhindered execution 4. Effective Project Monitoring system to minimise time loss due to coordination issue between Civil work , finishing work , MEP work and Structural Steel work 5. Analysis of project heath and share detailed report to Director and Regional Vice president to corrective action to ensure project on track. 6. Simple and effective breakup of master construction program into daywise program in pictorial representation for effective execution and monitoring 7. Detailed report of project health for project review by Top Management 8. Risk Analysis and Critical Path Analysis to ensure progress on critical area which can impact overall completion timeline 9. To ensure resources on critical activity and alarm any deviation in timeline for critical activity to ensure effective catchup plan.

Post Graduate Management Trainee Grand Hyatt Hotel and office tower IREO mix use project , Gurgoan. Major role and responsibilities 1. Prepare the monthly program and schedule 2. Prepared the day wise program for critical activity , daily close monitoring and identify issues , hindrances , resources requirement to facilitate the execution team and co-ordinate with Plant & Machinery department , Steel department , Quality department , Procurement department. 3. Prepare and maintain Project tracking and Management information system 4. Study of drawing , resolve detailing issues , estimating quantity for material procurement

Placement Committee of NICMAR-PUNE works for the Placement of the students of the college. The activities include: Responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with corporations for both recruitment and non-recruitment related activities. These include actively engaging companies on a regular basis, handling operations during the Internship recruitment week and acting as a conduit for Organizations and Industry Leaders to interact with students through Business Talks and Live Corporate Projects.

Major responsibility includes time and cost overrun analysis , factor analysis of R.C.C , exposure to billing , planning ,contracts and site execution. Project includes the scope of Civil work and supervision of mechanical and electrical work of G+33 office and hotel tower.
