Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment. Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment for permanent full-time staffing. Proven success in placing U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, and H4-EAD candidates. Strong familiarity with U.S. tax and employment classifications including 1099, W2, C2C, as well as visa types such as H-1B, EAD, OPT, GC, and U.S. Citizen. Extensive experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and Indeed. Proficient in Boolean search techniques for targeted candidate sourcing. Skilled in analyzing job requirements to identify primary and secondary skill sets. Expertise in sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates in alignment with client specifications. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for future and high-priority requirements. Successfully sourced and recruited both IT and Non-IT professionals, including Developers (Java, iOS, Android, .NET), Testers, Analysts, Project Managers, and more.
