Generated new engineering designs and details and modifying existing designs for Clients using Auto-Cad system. Project: Jaypee Greens Wish Town Agra (2500 Acres  of Mixed use land Development)  Core team member in the master planning of Real Estate land development including Residential, Commercial & Institutional purposes. Directed the production of construction documents, drawings, and detail sketches using Cad software as per the planning guidelines and building codes. Coordinated and reviewed drawings, submissions, specifications, changes and document control for resolving potential conflict with other disciplines. Assisting the Project team in preparing the tender and contract documents. Co-coordinating with the client, services consultants, liaison with project manager and various authorities and external agencies from design development to developing final construction documents.

Project: Married Accommodation Residential Low Rise Apartments Assisted Project Managers in the execution of a Design Bid Build Project, 740 Residential Low Rise Apartments for Central Public Work Department in India Managed successful relationships with sub-contractors and associate contractors. Worked closely with project managers and coordinated, planned, scheduled and tracked in detail implementation of Project. Produced monthly status reports and tracked on labor, materials and project cost. Generated variance analysis, project costing, budgeting and forecasting reports. Administered all purchase requisitions and processed all change orders. Responded to request of information (RFI) submittals from the Contractor, subcontractor and trades. Reviewed the work in progress at the construction site to determine course of action regarding discrepancies by visual site inspection and verbal communication. Assisted in dispute resolution related to construction contracts and final payments via meetings, written and verbal communication.

Prepared architectural designs, drawings, specifications, contracts, plans and bid documents. Conducted and documented onsite inspections. Demonstrated excellent record keeping skills of Contract documents throughout the duration of contracts
