Provision of PAN Malaysia Inspection & Corrosion Monitoring Services (ICMS) for PETRONAS Operating Units (OPUs), PETRONAS CARIGALI SON. SHO. (PCSS) & Petroleum Arrangement Contractors (PACs) Contract No.: CTC/HC·GP/2017/54 (C) Responsible for effective, efficient co-ordination and management of planned and unplanned maintenance inspection functions for all COMPANY existing onshore and offshore facilities. Responsible for overall and effective administration and planning of inspection resources, which include personnel and equipment. This requires effective liaison with COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE on matters related to inspection. Overall responsible for monitoring of performance and reporting of inspection works progress and identification of problem areas and recommend remedial actions including review/analysis of inspection reports on their in-service condition and to propose recommendation as when required. Responsible for overall planning and co-ordination for execution of inspection programs as instructed by COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE. Overall responsible in liaison with COMPANY Inspection Engineer as required on the type of inspection/NDT method(s) to be performed and coordination with planner on the allocation of nominated personnel fulfilling the activity requirement. Overall responsible to ensure that CONTRACTOR inspection personnel adhere strictly to COMPANY HSE House Rules, working procedures, standard practices, etc. Responsible for day-to-day administration of personnel movement including coordination and liaison with planner for effective control of inspection personnel, man-hours and inspection equipment at various worksites. Assist COMPANY in identification of training needs for purpose of upgrading the skill and competency of personnel to respond to advancement in inspection techniques and introduction of new inspection technology. Responsible to provide inputs and preparation of KPI for a specific work scope or service as per requested by COMPANY.

Reassigned to Sembawang Shipyard, Singapore upon completion of project in Abu Dhabi on continuation for the Upper Turret scope of work (Piping & Structural) • Liaise with Contractor on documentation review, both piping (13M) & structural (10M) weld/material traceability records to ensure conformance to project specification/AFC drawing requirements. • Liaise with respective discipline engineers with ongoing issues pertaining to material, fabrication and inspection/NDT to ensure compliance in accordance with project specification requirements. • Liaise with respective discipline engineers pertaining to NCR closed-out, implementation of Site Instruction and Site Technical Query justification. • Monitoring on submission of deviation/concession request (DER) and technical query (TQR) raised by Contractor following response by Company for implementation via TOTAL eRoom documentation system. • Verification/monitoring of Sub-Contractor, Completion Management System (CMS) for piping spools joint summary tracker in order to track ongoing fabrication progress up to completion including NDT clearance and monitoring of outstanding NDT backlog. • Involvement in piping test packs review and overseeing line walk activities in ensuring readiness for hydrostatic testing including NDT clearance. • Coordination between Sub-Contractor and Contractor on completion of respective ICAPS check sheets endorsement upon piping reinstatement prior to releasing of sub-systems for RFC and readiness for N₂He leak testing. • Review/validation/approval of Sub-Contractor/Contractor project specific procedures and QC dossier booklets as part of final documentation deliverables via TOTAL PRODOM documentation system.

Seconded to Total E & P Angola on Block 32 - Kaombo Project on the fabrication of FPSO Turret (Lower Turret) at GPC/CIC Yard, Abu Dhabi, UAE. • Participating in kick-off meetings with Yard/Subcontractor and Contractor including clarification with regards to Project Specifications and Contractual requirements • Review of project specific procedures and welding procedure specification/procedure qualification records with validation by respective discipline engineers including follow-up on documentation approval status (TOTAL PRODOM & eRoom documentation system). • Liaise with disciplines engineers on site condition encountered pertaining to non-conformance in accordance with AFC drawings, project specifications, procedures and cross referencing relevant Codes & Standards including Classification Society, BV Rules requirements. • Participation in weekly HSE, Construction and QA/QC meetings and preparation of weekly report submission to in-lined project management team including participating in audits to ensure compliance in accordance with project specific procedural and specifications requirements. • Engagement with Welding and Construction Supervisors by coaching, mentoring and guidance on their daily inspection activities to ensure compliance in accordance with project specific procedural and specifications requirements including involvement with UT cross-checking during various stage of fabrication. • Implementation of COMPANY project surveillance plan with regards to ongoing inspection activities including dimensional control via quality surveillance checklists on various stage processes, ie. material receiving/traceability, welding, NDT, etc and verification of QC records. • Addressing of non-conformities issues on site with Yard/Subcontractor and Contractor including issuance and closed-out of non-conformance records validated by respective discipline engineers.

Piping construction supervisor for Sarawak Shell Berhad/Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Ltd. on the Malikai TLP Deepwater Project fabrication at Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (MMHE), Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru. • Monitor and supervise piping fabrication of Topside pre-spooling activities including overseeing overall completion and material receiving status to meet targeted schedule. • Overseeing overall progress and assist with progression of fabricated piping spools and pipe supports readiness including feasibility for installation. • Liaise with disciplines engineer on site condition encountered due to clashes with structural members on possibility of modification. • Engagement with QA/QC Inspectors by coaching and mentoring their inspection efforts on piping pre-spooling and installation activities including addressing of non-conformance issues to QA department. • Involvement/participation in SHELL Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) plan and awareness on specific Q rounds ensuring compliance but not limited to tightness, cleanliness, mechanical (static/rotating equipment), verification on completion of FPD action items including monitoring progress on implementation of the FPD program.

Seconded to SHELL International Exploration & Production on Prelude FLNG Turret Mooring System fabrication at Drydock World - Dubai. • Overseeing fabrication on both structural/piping, inspection activities including mechanical/equipment installation and dimensional checks verification to ensure conformance to Client specifications and AFC drawings including visit to sublet-subcontractor premises. • Follow-up on approval process and review of project specific procedures including NCR and liaise with Sub-Contractor on procedural compliance, implementation including feasibility for close-out. • Liaise with Sub-Contractor on site inspection activities and findings including coordination with Third Party Inspection Company, NDT inspector on daily activities and involvement in UT cross checking and RT film interpretation to ensure compliance in accordance with project approved procedure cross referencing applicable Codes & Standards including LR Rules. • Coordinating with the Inspectors on daily activities including associated Technical Query response & Site Variation Request and addressing issues to Sub-Contractor pertaining to implementation and highlighting non-conformances. • Review, monitoring and witnessing of welding procedure qualification including consumables batch testing and liaise with Sub-Contractor including Lloyd’s Register Surveyor to ensure compliance with applicable Codes & Standards including LR Rules. • Involvement/participation in internal audit with Sub-Contractor and ensuring sublet-Contractor procedural adherence and compliance to project requirements. • Involvement/participation in SHELL Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) plan and awareness on specific Q rounds ensuring compliance but not limited to tightness, cleanliness, mechanical (static/rotating equipment), instrumentation, electrical, etc. • Coordinating and involvement in line walks/mechanical completion activities including site hydrostatic testing & FAT and final dossier/MDB review.

Seconded to GE Oil & Gas on the MCS Sub-Sea fabrication of CRA piping components for Chevron Gorgon Upstream Joint Venture Development (Sub-Sea Division) – Gorgon and Jansz Fields at Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing, Batam, Indonesia. • Overseeing all completion activities on fabricated clad and unclad piping spools, fittings, induction bends including stainless steel piping components at Contractor’s premises including sub-suppliers. • Coordinate between Contractor including sub-suppliers and Client on overall in-process inspection, final inspection and additional MC inspection activities in compliance with Client specifications. • Follow-up on the approval process of project procedures and liaise with Contractor including sub-suppliers and Client. • Expedite with appointed site representatives on material deliveries at Contractor and sub-suppliers premises to meet completion schedule. • Coordinate with QS, QA/QC and engineering to enable final delivery from site to Client in accordance with Procedures, Contract and Client Specifications. • Ensure compliance of materials deliverables on consolidated Mechanical Completion Databook (MCD) including punchlist issuance/closed-out prior to dispatch where feasible. • Organize weekly team meetings between engineering and Client including review of GRV/NCR on status of material deliverables. • Reporting to Mechanical Completion Manager and Construction Manager on overall status of fabrication activities at Contractor’s premises and materials deliverable from sub-suppliers to meet targeted schedules.

PLCPP2 Jacket/Topside including link-bridges, flare tower and PLLQ2 Jacket/Topside including PLLQM2 living quarter at PT. McDermott, Batam, Indonesia. - Vendor premises inspection activities & FAT including procedural review in relation with quality packages, skid-based equipments, pressure vessel fabrications, exchangers, etc to ensure compliance in accordance with project requirements and relevant International Codes & Standards. - Monitoring & inspection of welding procedure qualifications activities and welder qualification test including review of prequalified welding procedure specifications. - Monitoring & inspection of piping fabrication activities and spools fabrication/installation to ensure conformity and in accordance with respective isometric drawings cross referencing latest revision of P&IDs. Project specific procedural review, ie. Quality, piping related and method statements including piping material certifications and test packages review in accordance with project requirements plus overseeing of relevant testing sequential activities, ie. pre-hydrostatic testing linewalk, flushing, hydrostatic testing, drying/chemical cleaning including hot oil flushing on its feasibility. - Supervision and coordinating with the Inspectors including liaising with Contractor on the ongoing inspection activities with regards to site observations and non-conformances including site queries close-out prior to pre-com/commissioning system hand-over of onshore activities. Review, supervising and coordination on the N2He leak testing & critical valves testing on various systems prior to start-up of HUC activities offshore. - Perform cross-checking on NDT activities on both ultrasonic testing and radiographic film interpretation to ensure compliance and resolving NDT issues with subcontractors including NDT backlogs.

Seconded to Noble-Drilling Services Inc. for the construction/fabrication of Jack-Up Drilling Rigs (Noble Roger Lewis, Noble Hans Deul & Noble Scott Marks) and Semi-Submersible Rig (Noble Dave Beard) at Dalian Shipbuilding Industries Co., Ltd (DSIC, Dalian, China) Monitoring & inspection of fabrication (structural & piping), erection and testing of utility, low pressure, medium-pressure & high-pressure piping systems (incl. high-pressure mud & cement slurry >10ksi design pressure) and associated tankage, in accordance with ABS Rules for Building & Classing Steel Vessels & Mobile Offshore Drilling Units, AWS D1.1; Structural Welding Code and ASME B31.3; Code for Pressure/Process Piping, as reflected on relevant AFC drawings & procedures. Routine duties include radiographic films review (structural & piping), NDT (MT, PT & Vacuum-Box LT) monitoring and UT cross-checking (butt-joints, T-joints, node and nozzle – joints). Referencing codes & standards in accordance with ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, API RP2X & ABS Rules.
