Built the company into a trusted partner for biopharma, diagnostics companies, and academic institutions by delivering high-quality translational and clinical solutions. • Built and led a CLIA-certified pathology and biomarker services CRO, growing the organization to 15+ employees and 70+ clients across academia, biotech, biopharma, and diagnostics, culminating in successful acquisition. • Established and scaled a CAP-certified pathology and molecular diagnostics clinical laboratory in India, leading scientific, operational, and business strategy from concept to full operations with a 150+ person team. • Designed and implemented biomarker strategies across early research, preclinical, and clinical programs to support diagnostics development and drug development decision-making. • Led consultative business development, forming strategic partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and translating real-world trends in diagnostics and therapeutics into customer-aligned solutions. • Directed end-to-end operations, including personnel management, budgeting, IT infrastructure, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and workflow optimization, driving operational efficiency through KPI-driven management. • Spearheaded development and deployment of translational and clinical assays across multiple platforms, including IHC, IF, FISH, qPCR, NanoString, RNA-seq, PCR- and NGS-based technologies, spatial omics, and proteomics. Oncology Diagnostics... to find the right drug for the right patient. I was brought on board to establish new capabilities supporting a wide range of discovery, preclinical, and clinical studies. I ideated personalized healthcare strategies for Genentech molecules, including creating predictive biomarker strategies, developing novel assays, and crafting implementation plan for early development and proof-of-concept (Phase I and II) clinical trials

Managed a research lab of graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and technicians. Led multiple projects and provided consultation in the field of genomics to other research teams at the institute. - Designed and led the project, “Genomic, proteomic and functional analysis of the NF1 deficient Schwann cells,” and provided the initial concept for grant proposals. Recipient of the Young Investigator Award from the Children’s Tumor Foundation. - Introduced several new technologies and processes to facilitate research projects and improve efficiency.

I supported biomarker-driven research programs in molecular genetics of ovarian cancer. I leveraged my understanding of tumor and molecular biology, knowledge of human genome project databases, and ability to organize large volumes of data into usable cells of information to provide insight into the biology of ovarian tumors. Key highlights: - Set up a new technology in the clinic used to perform one of the first multi-omics studies in ovarian cancer. - Developed a novel patient-derived xenograft model system in mice (PDX) to maintain and study EGFR gene amplification in brain tumors and explore novel therapeutic agents.
