I am a people and operations leader with a strong focus on building high-performing teams, scalable systems, and execution-driven cultures in deep-tech and AI-led organizations. Currently, I lead Human Resources and Operations at GAHNA AI Lab (ExorionAI), where I work closely with leadership, researchers, and engineering teams to translate vision into sustainable execution. My role sits at the intersection of people, process, and purpose. I am responsible for shaping talent strategy, organizational design, and operational frameworks that support the development of sovereign, domain-specific AI models, including mission-critical initiatives in cybersecurity and national-scale AI systems. I bring a hands-on approach to HR leadership, with deep involvement in talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and culture building. I believe that innovation thrives when people are trusted, aligned, and empowered, and I actively work to create an environment where accountability and creativity coexist. On the operations side, I focus on building structure without bureaucracy. This includes setting up scalable processes, governance models, and cross-functional workflows that allow research, product, and business teams to move fast while maintaining rigor and compliance. What defines my work is a strong bias for ownership, clarity, and execution. I enjoy building things from the ground up, solving complex people and operational challenges, and partnering with leaders to enable long-term growth. I am deeply aligned with GAHNA AI Lab’s mission of building responsible, explainable, and sovereign AI for India and beyond, and I see people strategy and operational excellence as critical pillars in achieving that vision.
