I have been self-employed for almost five years and operate through Instagram, TikTok, and word of mouth advertising. Last year, I co-produced a hair growth product that sold out its first 100 jars in two weeks and made 150% in profit. I have skills in product design, business ownership, and social media advertising, which I use to create and market my products. I was required to have good time management skills, for each client’s routine as some service users had specific times to be given their medication and meal times. - Also, had the responsibility of completing one to one sit ins with service users. Had to make sure every task, issue and or incident was documented. - We sometimes had to assist a service user for a day out, taking them shopping and out to eat wherever they wanted to for the day. - We worked in teams of two throughout the day and had to assist each other where there might be a shortfall.
