• Optimize manpower and control of daily production based on the defined KPI. • Leading on escalation and Troubleshooting analyzing root cause of failures and solving them, if necessary, suggestion of improvements. • Validate Production data record (M/C check sheet, 5S, 4M, OEE, LPC and parameter). • Leading on BPS activities on the shop floor (System CIP, P-CIP, LPC, SMC, 4M etc.). • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures. • Create document to support process (PQI, WI, Record data sheet etc.). • New products launch (PPAP and SOP). • Coordinate cross functional with other team for project, problem solving or improvement activities.

CNC Manufacturing Engineer Team Leader • Manage and support CNC manufacturing engineering and production line unit of CNC APU. • Daily basis reporting to manager in line for progress of KPI, SQCDP, and other safety issues concerns. • Optimizes, improve and control activities to increase company efficiency and productivity (material, yield, scrap reduction, man/machine efficiency). • The key role in new product (FAI) feasibility and readiness study. • Initialize and lead in new improvement projects. • Escalate within the manufacturing engineering team any issue or uncertainly that could lead to cost variance or quality failures. • Supports the organization in solving technical issues and quality claims from customer. • Verify relevance of request for concession, ECR, NCR and ART before submission to Customer Support. • Coordinate cross functional with other team for project, problem solving or improvement activities (Ex. Safety, QA, LEAN, Financial, Customer Support, Purchasing). • Coordinate with Maintenance team to maintain the efficiency of machines according to preventive schedule and machine repair. • Support Production Team for Liquid Penetrant Testing and reporting to customer. Process Engineer (Sheet Metal) • Ensure the industrialized processes are in compliance with all internal, customer and applicable regulation standards. • Support the launch of all new products (FAI): routing estimations, tooling procurement, industrialization and manufacturing of the FAI (including report & document hand over to production). Creating / Updating BOM, Operation routing, through product price of new item using ERP LN. • Coordinate with production to collect the data and review FAI Process to ensure that high quality and costs competitive products are delivered to our customers on time. • Participate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process analysis. • SolidWorks 3D parts drafting, review, modify for new product manufacturing process.

• Support in customer products drawing draft and design into Solidworks format. • Support in customer products drawing check both 2D and 3D for assembly parts.

• Prepare the PPAP and APQP documents for new models of sheet metal work. • Initialize concept and create mold, jig and fixture for production. • Support the production in solving technical issues and production process. • Products quality inspection to supply parts according to customer requirements.
