I am a determined, positive and proactive individual, and inventor of the Sunnymates® Beach Towel Clips. This exiting new 'must have' travel accessory is taking the world by storm, In the last 15 months I have successfully launched our branded product to the corporate industry, in particular Hotel Chains who have ordered the clips with their hotel brand/name running through the webbing. These clips not only enhance the overall guest experience, by securing the towel to the sun-lounger, but also offers on- going advertising. I possesses a natural determination to perform actions quickly, accurately and with flair to ensure that quality is paramount in whatever I undertake in life, whether in my business, or social.

As Agency Manager, seconded from Halifax plc, I effectively integrated a full branch of the Halifax into the agency within the Estate Agency Division. Training of the Agency Staff onto the Halifax new counter top systems, and training on effective sales lead referrals to interviewing staff. Training interviewers for effective closing of sales whilst exceeding customer expectations in sevice excellence. The new agency came in the top three performing agencies in the country for sales targets met/exceeded. I managed a seamless service to branch customers on closure of the full branch, ensuring that they successfully migrated over to the new Agency. I was rewared by promotion to full Branch Manager at Maghull Westway.
