I started as an Estimator in an MEP Contractor company, later becoming a Site Quantity Surveyor. I then moved to a Cost Consultant firm, advancing from Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Quantity Surveyor. After gaining experience as a Mechanical QS in a Palm Oil company, I returned to a Cost Consultant firm, earning a promotion to Executive QS. Currently, I manage Purchasing and Cost Management for a Data Center company. My expertise includes cost estimation, quantity measurement, tendering, value engineering, contract documentation, cost reporting, price negotiation, and supplier coordination. I have advanced proficiency in CostX Exactal, AutoCAD, Plan Swift, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other essential tools.
