I believe business discipline and social impact belong together. I help teams who feel stuck or stretched get clear on what’s not working , and fix it in ways that make work easier for the people doing it. I’ve spent over 17 years working inside nonprofits and social impact organizations, often during moments of growth or change. I’ve led teams, built things that had to work, and fixed what broke under real constraints. That experience shapes how I show up. Equity isn’t an add-on in my work. It shows up in how decisions get made and whether systems actually support the people inside them. I’m practical, direct, and not interested in solutions that only work on paper.
