* As a Global EDI & Communication Analyst, I was committed with global projects. My biggest challenge was participating in a Corporate & Strategic EDI Planning for Agile (a car, launched in 2010 by General Motors - our main client). Setting up goals and strategic actions were by me performed, so as follow up of results. * My activities: * Managing, set up and support for both national and international suppliers into the communications portal * Supporting integration for new suppliers into GM systems * Analysis of EDI file and its integration * Support to suppliers in correction of fails * Act of emitting debit letters and cancel debit letters (SAP) * Help Desk Facilitation: provide subject matter expertise to both internal and external customers for troubleshooting and training requests. * Achieved Results: * Improvements in external (suppliers) customer satisfaction * Improved the Training Material for new joiners * Increased the interaction within the main EDI Business Partner (Covisint).

* This was my first chance given to interact and work with technology besides college. There I could learn and perform lots of things, and my main responsabilities were: * College's web site updates and its maintenance * Creation & Maintenanceof User IDs for students (Active Directory) * Technical Support for Professors and Students * Experience in Enrollment’s students process.

* Roles and Responsibilities: * Redesigning business processes * Managing process change * Training Business & Key users responsible for managing and operating daily business processes * Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback reports on process performance * Facilitating process meetings that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users and developers * Applying their business knowledge to design process notations (BPMN, PMI most based), document and validate processes * Analysis of process models as they are (As-is), compare them to the future and improved designs (To-be) and determine the necessary changes for improvement * Technical knowledge * MS Visio * Microsoft Outlook 2010 * MS Office

* Great chance to work with diverse groups of people of all ages and learn with and from them by expanding my soft skills. Main activities performed by me were: * English classes and extra-classes with audio & video activities development * Assessing and continuously monitoring students’ progress * Encouraging students to actively participate throughout classes * Teaching small groups or on a one-to-one basis * Participating in staff meetings and extra-curricular activities
