I’ve always been curious about what numbers really say. As a teenager, I used to help my dad make sense of his business spreadsheets — and that’s when I realised finance isn’t just math. It’s the story of how a company makes decisions, faces challenges, and grows. I’m Pam — an Accountant, Master in Management, and Finance Lecturer with 10+ years helping SMEs and startups turn financial chaos into clarity and control. I’ve lived and worked in Argentina, Spain, and Ireland, adapting to different business cultures and learning that there’s no single “right” way to manage a company. Every business has its rhythm — my job is to translate its numbers into strategy that works in real life. While my focus is finance — cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting — my background in HR, Legal, and Operations helps me see the whole picture. I understand how numbers connect with people, processes, and decisions. I also completed a Leadership Diploma and now integrate AI and automation to make financial management smarter, simpler, and more human.
