* Perform various duties including operating cash register, and office equipment including calculator, adding machine, copy machine, facsimile and telephone system * Coordinate buffet for conference room functions and assist with the preparation of food, as necessary, for customers * Timely ordering of all Deli, Fudge and Nut Products * Maintain and initiate proper inventory controls for deli operation to minimize over-ordering and waste * Ability to operate various kitchen equipment and appliances * Ensure effective communication with fellow associates and assist customers in a courteous, professional and positive manner * Assist in the training of fellow associates.

* Answer all incoming calls, transferring to appropriate departments * Arrange physical times and dates for orientation * Mail or distribute all monthly bills * Collect checks, write receipts and process deposits * Maintain all lists including resident and department heads * Create brochures * Inform transport staff of resident’s appointments * Check and inspect all model rooms * Create resident packages for applications and orientation * Perform filing of resident and employee information * Maintain changes of any information on transfer packets of residents, including insurance information, power of attorney, living wills, etc.
